- bolt on lock box
- electric package includes two 4' florescent lights, two receptacles, one 1500 watt baseboard heater, one 100 amp panel with LB connection.
Deluxe Office

- sheeting G1S plywood, paperback plywood or magnesium oxide board
- seam trim on all corners and joints
- 3 coats of paint
- commercial grade VCT tile flooring
- rubber cove baseboards
- one 3'x4' bolt on window with security screen
- one weld in 3' man door with lock box
- one air conditioning unit (8000 BTU) with bolt on frame
